- All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you don’t receive an e-mail, please contact us to confirm.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at orders@thebog.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors in the provided address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.
