This is a brand new TMNT Michelangelo with Storage Shell action figure, reissued by Playmates in 2022. The packaging is inspired by the original design from the 1980’s.

Michelangelo is a Party Dude! Even though Shredder may be slicing his way through a manhole cover, Mikey keeps his cool, because he’s the master of the whirling nunchucks. In the midst of the most perilous of battles, Mikey can be seen swinging his deadly nunchuks in one hand, while holding a piece of pizza in the other!
