This is an original, 1988 soft head Raphael action figure from Playmates, 1988. In poor condition with heavy paint wear and some damage under the belt. Left arm joint is a bit loose. Comes exactly as shown in photos, made in China.
Raphael is the wittiest Turtle you’re likely to stumble over. If things aren’t going his way, his tongue snaps out sarcastic jokes dipped in poison.
