This is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Foot Cruiser vehicle from Playmates, released in 1989. In good overall condition with sticker wear, some dust and marks. The spring-loaded wheel covers latch and release perfectly. Includes the foot turret and rotatin’ gatling gun accessory, but missing several other pieces. Comes exactly as shown in photos.
