Description
This is a vintage, TMNT Leonardo Yo-Yo from 1992. The string is tangled up about half-way down and may need to be cut out and replaced to restore functionality. Has some marks and light paint wear, as shown in photos.

I have never shopped or heard of them until a few days ago. Not 100 per cent sure if they just started up or not.
