This is an original, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Star Raph action figure from Playmates, 1991. In very good condition with tight joints and minimal paint wear. Includes belt, Tinseltown Turtle Shell Shield, Ooze Canister, Yuk-Yuk Yo-Yo and 1 x Sai. Comes exactly as shown in the photos.
