This is an original, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Star Leo action figure from Playmates, 1992. In good overall condition, with some marks and paint wear. The bandana piece seems to have been reattached in the wrong direction. Comes exactly as shown in the photos with no accessories.
