This is a an original Marvel X-Men Water Wars Ultimate Iceman action figure from Toy Biz, 1997. In very good overall condition with accessories that attach to wrists. The plug for the back is missing and is required for water to pump. Comes exactly as shown in the photo.
Iceman is a mutant born with superhuman abilities. He has the ability to manipulate ice and cold by freezing water vapor around him.
