This a GI Joe Strike Cycle vehicle for 12 inch GI Joe figures. Comes in good, incomplete condition with missing handlebar piece. Please see photos for condition of the item you will receive.
The Strike Cycle was released for the 12″ Hall of Fame figures in 1994. It was able to carry 1 figure.

I have never shopped or heard of them until a few days ago. Not 100 per cent sure if they just started up or not.
