This is a Ghostbusters Screaming Heroes, Winston Zeddemore Action Figure with Houndhowl Ghost from Kenner, 1989. In good overall condition with very loose leg joints that make it difficult for him to stand. Action feature still works perfectly. Please see photos for condition.

1. Rotate head 10 full turns counter clock-wise to wind-up Hero Figure.
2. Insert Houndhowl Ghost onto pegs on the back of Hero Figure.
3. Push lever on front of Hero Figure to the left to activate sound, spinning head and arms raising.
