This is a DC Super Powers The Penguin action figure from Kenner, 1984. In good overall condition with some paint marks/scuffs and umbrella handle is a bit warped. Comes 100% complete with tuxedo tail-piece, umbrella with telescoping handle and mini-comic. Power Action Umbrella arm feature still works smoothly. Please see photos for the exact item.
