This is a mint on card, sealed, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles April O’Neil The Ravishing Reporter action figure from Playmates, 1992. Card back is in very good, unpunched condition with some minor shelf and corner wear. The bubble has a very small dent at the top, but is fully attached and crystal clear.
