This is a mint on card, sealed, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles April O’Neil The Ninja Newscaster action figure from Playmates, 1992. Card back is in fair, unpunched condition with good edges and corners, but is very wavy and does not lay flat. The bubble has a bit of yellowing and a dent at the top. There is also some dirt along the top part of the bubble seam. Please see photos for the exact item.
April’s a determined tv news journalist, always prepared for the late breaking news feature with her camcorder strapped ’round her arm.
