This is a Star Trek TNG Borg Space Talk Series 7-inch action figure from Playmates, 1995. Comes in very good, sealed condition. The electronic sound button can be accessed through a whole in the card back. It is not currently working, but probably just needs a new battery. Please see photos for the exact item.
