This is a DC Super Powers, The Jokler action figure released by Kenner in 1984. In good overall condition with paint wear, marks and some discolouration on the upper legs and torso. Comes with Madcap Mallet accessory and mini comic. Action feature does work, but not very well. Please review photos for the exact item.
